Prevent Bad Smell in Mouth

1. Take few Citron leaves (Narthangai), Curry leaves, Lemon leaves, and Mint. Dry the leaves in sunlight for few days till they had completely dried. Fry each leaves separately in low flame for 15 minutes. In separate pan fry Pepper, Cumin, Asafetida, and Black gram. To which add salt(required amount) and powder all the above mixtures. Eat 1 spoon of powder along with a small quantity of boiled rice by mixing with hot ghee. 

2. Take 20 grams of Clove, 20 grams of Cardamom, and 20 grams of edible Camphor. Mix it and powder. Store it in dark and consume it daily by taking a pinch of powder and place it on the tongue.

3. Take 20 grams of Cinnamon, 20 grams of Palm Jaggery, and 20 grams of Nutmeg. Powder it and have 1 spoon daily.  

4. This tip is to avoid both bad breaths as well as to improve digestion. Take 2-3 Cloves, 5 grams of cumin, 3 grams of Fennel seeds, 2 grams of Ajwain, and 2 cardamoms. Mix it well and powder it. Eat it daily after meals. It also helps in providing a good speech.

5. Boil 2 tablespoons of Cinnamon powder in 100 ml of water for 10 to 15 minutes. After cooling use it as a mouth wash.

Stomach Worms

Take 10 tender Neem leaves and 2 grams of Ajwain. Smash it well and eat it. Consume the powder twice a month.

Constipation

1. Pour water into the cooked rice and also add cumin powder to it. Leave it overnight. In the morning filter the water and add salt to it. Drink the water to get relief from constipation.

2. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey in a glass of milk and drink it before going to bed at night. It helps to cure constipation as well as reduce acidity.

3. Eat Guava daily. As Guava is rich in fiber it prevents constipation.

Blood Toxin Removal

Take red chilies, pepper, and yellow grams. Fry all at low flame in a pan for 15 minutes. After which add curry leaves in the same pan. Turn off the flame and cool for some time. Grind the above mixture. In a separate pan add gingelly oil, mustard seeds, salt, tamarind water, and the grinded powder. Mix well and add turmeric and asafoetida. Mix the mixture with rice and eat a ball of rice daily.

Gastric Problem

1.Take 15 grams of dry Ginger, 15 grams of  Long Pepper (Thipilli), 15 grams of  Harde whole (Kaddukaai), 50 grams of Brown sugar, 15 grams of Pepper, and 15 grams of Black Cumin. Prepare powder and make it into small balls. Eat one ball after meals daily.

2. Take 40 teethes of Garlic. Fry it in a pan or directly place it in the flame for half an hour. After which place in open space. Take 6 to 7 teethes of Garlic and peel the outer layer and eat it on an empty stomach in the morning for 12 days

Other Tips:
  •  Don't combine milk with salt.
  •  Don't drink coffee or tea after eating mainly after eating oil foods like bajji or bonda.
  •  Don't eat bananas combined with buttermilk.
  •  Heating and consuming curd which is boiled is not good for health.
  •  Fish shouldn't be combined and consumed with milk.
